Welcome to Christ Church Episcopal.
We are an active parish located in historic Rugby, a Victorian Village in Tennessee, since 1880.
Christ Church welcomes and encourages you and your family to visit with us to enjoy a very special experience. Come and join us in worship and fellowship as we grow spritually just as members of Christ Church have been doing for more than 100 years! We are located in the historic Victorian village of Rugby, Tennessee. All seekers and believers are welcome.

Our Yearly Schedule
Please be aware that we are in the Eastern Time Zone. We are within walking distance of the time zone boundary, which may cause confusion for our guests coming from west of us.
Sunday Morning Worship at 11 am EST
While we are without a priest, we have adapted the following schedule:
Holy Eucharist - The first Sunday of each month Morning Prayer- The remaining Sundays of the month.
Robbins Elementary Food Bank
We welcome volunteers to join us on the third Tuesday of each month at 2:00 pm to assist at the Robbins Elementary Food Bank.

Michaelmas Tea
Our annual Michaelmas Tea is held each year in the Friendly House, located behind Christ Church on the first Saturday of October. Proceeds go to a designated ministry. Our next tea will be on October 3, 2026, with seatings at 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm (EST). Reservations are $20 per person and can be made by contacting Bethany Jackson by phone at 423-628-6250 or by email at rjackson@highland.net. Space is limited, so reserve early. Enjoy a delicious, traditional British Tea and conversation with friends!
Lessons and Carols
Our choir presents a service of Lessons and Carols on Saturday, December 5th, and Saturday, December 12th at 4:30 pm (EST). Please arrive early for limited seating.
